Your driver carries every bag from the meeting point to the vehicle. If you travel with oversized items (golf bag, ski, cello, stroller) tell us at booking so we allocate a Van or Executive tier with the right boot capacity.
Our 24/7 dispatch is reachable on the number printed on your confirmation. If you cannot reach your driver within 5 minutes of landing, call dispatch — we hold a back-up driver on every airport rotation and re-route within minutes.
