Service standards

Every driver assigned to a Giverny.taxi booking holds a French VTC card (Carte Professionnelle VTC issued by the Préfecture) or a Taxi Parisien card on the equivalent fleet. No unlicensed third parties.

All vehicles carry full passenger transport insurance (Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle Transport de Personnes) and are registered for paid passenger transport with the LOTI / VTC regime.

Sedans under 6 years old (Mercedes E-Class, Audi A6, BMW 5 Series or equivalent). Vans are Mercedes Vito / V-Class. Non-smoking, climate-controlled, on-board wifi and bottled water on every trip.

CDG, Orly and Beauvais pickups are linked to your inbound flight number. Your driver is notified of delays, gate changes and early arrivals; the meeting time is adjusted automatically.

Up to 60 minutes of free waiting time included on all airport pickups. Driver waits inside the terminal with a name sign, after baggage claim, and helps with luggage to the vehicle.

Group 0+, Group 1 and booster seats provided free of charge on request at booking. Standard French law applies (mandatory under 10 years old / under 135 cm).

Sedans: up to 3 large checked bags + 3 cabin bags for 1–3 passengers. Vans: up to 6 large bags for 4–7 passengers. Extra luggage (skis, golf, oversized art) on request — confirm at booking.

Reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email day and night. Trip updates, driver contact and re-routing handled within minutes by a human operator based in France.

Standard fare class: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations 2–24h before pickup: 50%. Less than 2h: 100%. No-show: 100%.

Every Giverny.taxi driver speaks conversational English. Spanish, Italian and Mandarin available on request — flagged at booking and matched against driver availability.
